The Fleet Coordinator will oversee daily vehicle operations, manage driver schedules, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain accurate fleet records to support the logistics and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operations and manage driver schedules
• Track vehicle movement to guarantee on-time deliveries
• Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch teams
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance
• Support the operations team in optimizing routes and overall efficiency

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Excel and fleet management systems (preferred)
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
