Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, back-office transactions, and performance reporting. This role ensures the integrity of all financial processes and supports smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial operations and transaction processing.
  • Supervise back-office activities including auctioning, account reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Review financial reports, prepare revenue statements, and monitor collection performance.
  • Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) for business reporting.
  • Monitor credit transactions and ensure compliance with approved limits.
  • Prepare and reconcile settlement dues; liaise with brokers for trading limits and approvals.
  • Support performance management mechanisms and periodic financial analysis.
  • Ensure adequate internal controls to prevent unauthorized trading activities.
  • Coordinate across departments to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, administration, and back-office operations within brokerage or investment firms.
  • BSc in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.
  • Strong understanding of stock market trading and UAE financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, MIS, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, judgmental, and leadership capabilities.
