Job Description:
MEPL International LLC is looking for an experienced Airfreight Operations Executive to manage its air export operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this logistics professional will oversee export documentation processing, coordinate airfreight shipments with airlines and partners, utilize Calogi and Dubai Trade platforms, track cargo movements, and ensure full compliance with international freight forwarding standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day air export operations and shipment coordination.
- Prepare and process export documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with airfreight procedures and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in air export operations within a freight forwarding environment.
- Mandatory practical experience using Calogi and Dubai Trade systems.
- Strong understanding of airfreight documentation, export customs procedures, and airway bills (AWB).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
