Job Description:

The 3D Visualizer will design high-quality photorealistic renders, 3D models, virtual walkthroughs, and technical layouts for technical furniture and interior fit-out projects, collaborating with design and engineering teams in Dubai Investment Park 1.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for technical furniture and interior projects.
• Develop accurate 3D models and layouts based on project specifications and technical drawings.
• Work closely with design, engineering, sales, and project teams to deliver high-quality visual presentations.
• Prepare visual content that supports client presentations, project approvals, and production planning.
• Ensure all visualizations meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional 3D visualization experience within furniture, joinery, fit-out, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic rendering abilities.
• Expertise in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Lumion or Blender, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Currently based in Dubai with immediate availability strongly preferred.
