Job Description:
The F&B Coordinator will assist in planning and executing catering operations, manage procurement and inventory, coordinate with suppliers, oversee quality control, and support events to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing catering operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement activities, including raising purchase orders.
- Oversee quality control to maintain high standards in food and service delivery.
- Manage inventory to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
- Support the team during events, ensuring timely and effective service.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage or catering.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and handling purchase orders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
