Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients professionally and courteously.
  • Manage appointment bookings, patient registrations, and inquiries efficiently.

  • Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
