Job Description:

The Quality Reviewer will evaluate claim files and estimates to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to client requirements using Xactimate and XactAnalysis.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Review estimates and claim files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Conduct detailed quality reviews of claims before submission to clients.
  • Verify claim information and ensure proper processing according to established quality standards.
  • Review transactions and compare information against source documents to identify and resolve errors.
  • Verify corrected materials and prepare quality assurance reports.
  • Analyze claim and process trends to recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for improving quality processes, procedures, and tools.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating and/or property adjusting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
  • Experience handling property and/or casualty claims is required.
  • Active Adjuster License is required.
