Job Description:

The Site Supervisor will be the primary on-site representative, responsible for the technical execution, quality control, and timely delivery of interior fit-out projects, coordinating all resources, labor, and subcontractors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure that all work is performed according to drawings, technical specifications, and health and safety regulations.
• Track project milestones and progress, ensuring timely delivery of all construction and finishing stages.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status for management review.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and technical teams to maintain seamless project flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out or design projects.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and finishing work.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
