We are seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a live-out position in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and high-quality service within a private household or VIP residence.

Job Description:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will act as a hands-on leader, overseeing all cleaning operations, managing inventory, coordinating basic maintenance, and ensuring housekeeping staff adhere to the highest standards of presentation and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and service throughout the private household or VIP residence.
  • Lead, train, and supervise all housekeeping staff to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household linens efficiently.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for basic maintenance needs within the residence.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must have demonstrated experience in the UAE as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Prior service for a VIP or private family is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of cleaning products, inventory management, and maintenance coordination.
