We are hiring an experienced and professional Housekeeping Supervisor for a prestigious household based in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi. The role requires a hands-on leader to maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization standards within a refined, structured environment.

Job Description:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the efficient management of staff, schedules, inventory, and adherence to the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and service.
• Lead and train housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and consistency in daily operations.
• Manage cleaning schedules, assign duties, and inspect completed work to verify quality standards.
• Oversee the use and inventory of cleaning products, linens, and housekeeping supplies.
• Liaise with maintenance teams for repair requests and ensure the residence is always well-maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the UAE.
• Previous experience working with VIP clients or private families is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Must be professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.

What We Offer:

• Competitive total package: AED 7,000 – 7,500.
