Job Description:
As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll handle supplier coordination, contract negotiations, and procurement planning to support ongoing and upcoming projects. You’ll work closely with various departments to ensure materials are sourced efficiently, on time, and within budget — helping the team deliver excellence across every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate and select suppliers that meet quality and cost standards
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best deals
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt
- Monitor market trends and update departments on pricing changes
- Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to finalize procurement processes
- Implement cost-saving strategies and maintain procurement records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
