Outlet Manager
About the Role:
Sizzlin’ Steak UAE is looking for a committed and service-focused Outlet Manager to lead operations at our Abu Dhabi location (Bawabat Al Sharq Mall). This crucial Hospitality role requires integrity, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment, and a commitment to fostering team culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
The Outlet Manager will lead daily operations to ensure smooth service and high food quality. Core duties involve coaching and developing the front-of-house team, managing scheduling and staff performance, and overseeing operational controls like cash handling, inventory checks, and adherence to health & safety procedures. You will also drive local marketing initiatives to build customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, high food quality, and outstanding guest experiences.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver consistent performance and strong teamwork.
- Manage scheduling, staff performance, and on-floor service standards.
- Oversee operational controls including cash handling, inventory checks, and health & safety compliance.
- Drive local marketing initiatives and contribute to building customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Proven ability to manage a busy F&B outlet and lead a multicultural team.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Availability to start in January 2026 is required.
