Operations Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a capable and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and operational activities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage a team of riders/drivers, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely and efficient deliveries across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Operations Supervisor will supervise and guide delivery riders and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations. Key duties include coordinating with clients to manage delivery schedules, monitoring operational performance, and implementing improvements for efficiency. The role requires maintaining accurate reporting and tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide delivery riders and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with clients to manage delivery schedules and project requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Support management with day-to-day operational decisions and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of last-mile delivery processes.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
