Job Description:
We are executing a strategic executive appointment within our delivery operations division and are seeking an experienced, highly analytical Project Manager to govern critical resource pipelines and direct corporate strategic pathways in Dubai. Operating as an essential operational anchor and timeline validation specialist within our main administrative division, this full-time role focuses on accelerating closing lifecycle metrics, auditing resource distribution logs, and maximizing deliverable precision under our unified corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure, coordinate, and manage high-value corporate projects with high fidelity from strategic initiation to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, critical path milestones, cost center allocations, and strict performance objectives systematically.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal technical teams, corporate clients, and international stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify operational project risks early and implement effective, data-driven mitigation strategies.
- Prepare structured project status reports, financial burn-rate logs, and regular progress updates for executive boards.
- Ensure uncompromised baseline compliance with corporate quality standards and specialized technical specifications.
🔹 Requirements:
- Formal academic training in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent accredited business discipline is highly valued.
- A minimum of 6 to 12 years of successful, verified professional experience operating in a leadership or project management delivery capacity inside a structured corporate market.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying resource allocation matrices, critical path schedules, and risk registries inside Microsoft Excel and standard planning software systems.
- Deep, comprehensive knowledge of operational project planning models, budget controls, resource capacity management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished presentation, stakeholder alignment, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priority workflows simultaneously, handle tight delivery deadlines under pressure, and drive cross-functional teams independently.
