Job Description:
We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our central pre-contracts framework and are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Estimation Manager – Fit-Out & MEP to govern complex commercial data pipelines and direct multi-system bidding verification pathways. Tailored for seasoned pre-contract professionals who possess deep operational command of architectural material take-offs and excel at constructing highly competitive bid formulations, this full-time track focuses on accelerating tender response speeds, auditing procurement pricing databases, and maximizing overall win rates under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern end-to-end commercial estimation operations for complex interior fit-out structures and integrated MEP building networks.
- Prepare high-precision project cost breakdowns, definitive commercial proposals, and itemized structural budget models.
- Review detailed tender files, material parameters, contractual conditions, and specific client project design guidelines.
- Conduct thorough Bill of Quantities (BOQ) auditing, technical specification cross-matching, and volumetric quantity assessments.
- Formulate and compile highly competitive tender proposals and technical bid documentation ready for corporate executive submission.
- Evaluate financial delivery metrics, operational material risks, and hidden commercial opportunities to optimize profit margins.
- Coordinate closely across domestic supplier markets, internal engineering squads, and specialist sub-contractors to secure best-in-class pricing quotes.
- Manage multiple high-priority tender timelines simultaneously, maintaining absolute accuracy under rigid submission deadlines.
- Support general project controls by delivering detailed cost-tracking summaries, cashflow estimates, and structural recommendations to the executive desk.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a closely matching fully accredited structural trade discipline.
- Proven, verified professional experience leading a commercial estimation desk or tender management division, explicitly directing precise cost valuations for luxury interior fit-out projects and complex electromechanical frameworks inside the GCC construction market.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying computer-aided drafting tools, digital estimation software, and advanced analytical calculation tracking layouts inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional sectors:
- Fit-out and MEP project estimation methodologies, material grading rules, and mechanical installations.
- Tender preparation mechanics, comprehensive BOQ structure analysis, and commercial bid evaluation processes.
- Cost control tracking, multi-tier corporate budgeting, and commercial asset risk management.
- Subcontractor validation methods, supply chain mapping, and value engineering approaches.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to mechanical and interior blueprint detail, superior organizational habits, and the capacity to direct multiple tenders independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with strong commercial negotiation traits needed to evaluate supplier packages and present financial risk reports clearly.
