Job Description:

The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, manage vendors and contractors, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently while ensuring a safe and functional facility.

• Experience in Facility Management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and HSE practices.
• Excellent vendor management and team leadership skills.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
