Mass Allied Freighters is seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Officer to join its operations team in Dubai, offering comprehensive expertise in freight operations, customs clearance, and import/export processes.

Job Description:

The Logistics Officer will oversee daily logistics activities, coordinate shipment movements, manage customs documentation, and ensure efficient communication with clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics operations and oversee shipment movements.
• Handle customs clearance processes and prepare shipping documentation.
• Coordinate Dubai Municipality approvals for shipments.
• Manage port operations, container movements, and logistics activities.
• Liaise with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in logistics and freight operations.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Customs procedures and documentation.
• Experience handling Dubai Municipality approvals.
• Hands-on experience with DP World and Jebel Ali Port operations.
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance.
