Evercool Electromechanical LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to join its team in Dubai, offering professional opportunities within the information technology and electromechanical sector.

Job Description:

The Procurement Executive will handle end-to-end procurement activities for HVAC and MEP projects, source materials, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for HVAC and MEP projects.
• Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors from local suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, and Accounts teams.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC / MEP procurement.
• UAE project procurement experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and MEP materials and supplier networks.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
