Job Description:

The Country Manager – Service will direct after-sales service operations, manage international dealer networks across North Africa, drive service revenue, and work in alignment with regional corporate management teams in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement after-sales and service strategies across assigned North African markets.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and authorized service networks to ensure operational standards.
• Drive service revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
• Improve dealer and workshop performance while overseeing warranty and technical support processes.
• Oversee technical training and capability development programs for service teams.
• Monitor KPIs, operational budgets, and regional service performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Engineering/Technical, and Supply Chain departments.
• Travel extensively across North African markets as required by business operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in after-sales/service operations with multi-country/international exposure.
• Two-wheeler/motorcycle industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in managing international dealer networks, warranty, and technical support.
• Fluent French and strong English communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North Africa and relocate to Dubai, UAE.
