Job Description:

The Hostess will welcome dining guests, coordinate seating and table reservations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain high hospitality standards in collaboration with the restaurant management and service team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive a positive first impression.
• Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate guest seating efficiently.
• Assist guests with inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement at the host desk and entrance area.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
