Our client—a luxury Chinese dining concept in Dubai—is recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels at team leadership and high-end service delivery.
Job Description:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be a key leader in the front-of-house, responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining presentation standards, and managing guest relations in a high-pressure, fine-dining environment, with a focus on meeting operational and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain a polished guest experience.
- Oversee guest relations and handle escalations to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, presentation, and consistency across shifts.
- Work with management to implement sales strategies and ensure operational targets are met.
Requirements:
- Proven background in a fine-dining or luxury restaurant environment.
- Experience with Asian or Chinese cuisine is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Able to manage a team, control service flow, and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Availability to join immediately or within two weeks.
