About the Role:

Skills Hub is looking for compassionate and professionally qualified Homecare Registered Nurses to join our Abu Dhabi team immediately. The role involves delivering patient-centered care in home settings, ensuring each patient receives safe, respectful, and high-quality nursing support.

Key Responsibilities:

The Homecare Registered Nurse will execute treatment plans, administer clinical procedures (medications, wound care, injections), closely monitor and document patient condition, and provide essential health education to patients and their families in the home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to treatment plans and clinical protocols.
• Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Monitor patient condition, record observations, and report changes to clinical supervisors and physicians.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and caretakers to support care plans and education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical documentation standards.
• Follow infection control, health and safety guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Current and valid DOH or DHA license (Registered Nurse) is mandatory.
• Available to join immediately.
• Previous experience in homecare is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient-care skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in home settings.
