About the Role:
Oasis Land Real Estate is seeking a professional, approachable, and organized Receptionist to join its expanding team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment, ensuring a high standard of Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will greet clients, visitors, and partners warmly and professionally. Core duties include managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, handling scheduling, appointments, and meeting room coordination. The role also involves performing general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and partners warmly and provide assistance in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting room coordination efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties to support office operations, including filing and data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office area.
- Assist team members with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in basic office tools and able to handle calls and scheduling competently.
