About the Role:

Al Zaeem Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join their expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position is crucial for managing property data, ensuring listing accuracy, and contributing to the efficiency of real estate operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with property owners and ensure records are updated accurately.
  • Manage and refresh property information within internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with Leasing and Sales agents to ensure listings meet client expectations.
  • Support the preparation of leasing offer letters, MOUs, and essential documentation.
  • Keep property listings accurate, up to date, and professionally displayed across various marketing platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication abilities in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in real estate operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Madhmoun, PF Expert, and Bayut Profolio is a plus.
