Job Description:

The Property Advisor will assist clients with property investments, sell off-plan and secondary market properties, conduct market research, and provide professional guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell off-plan and secondary properties to potential clients.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and developments.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of property deals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and investment transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a results-oriented mindset.
• Passion for real estate and customer service excellence.
