🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Configure Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and advanced conversion tracking.
• Launch and monitor up to 10 video ad campaigns daily across Instagram and YouTube.
• Track campaign performance, lead generation volume, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Optimize audience targeting, ad creatives, video hooks, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience managing high-budget Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong technical mastery of analytics tools, tracking pixels, and conversion APIs.
• Demonstrated success running video advertising and property lead generation funnels.
• Previous marketing experience within real estate or luxury brand sectors is a plus.
• Independent, analytical mindset with strong campaign optimization abilities.
