Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Development to join a leading property developer in Dubai. This role is strictly focused on managing broker relations and channel partners to drive sales and support business growth for current and upcoming property projects.

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager will be a strategic sales leader responsible for executing the Route to Market (RTM) strategy, coaching brokers, utilizing agent programs (fly-ins, events), and managing the end-to-end Channel Partner relationship lifecycle to maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed objectives set by the Head of Department (HOD) in a timely manner.
  • Screen potential brokers and provide comprehensive support, including training, onboarding, and coaching, to help them achieve sales targets.
  • Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) strategies based on customer needs and broker type.
  • Utilize agent programs such as Agent Fly-ins, Direct RD Shows, and Agent Events to maximize sales within assigned territories.
  • Educate corporate brokers and their staff on using the company’s portal for deal closures, inventory management, payments, and generating consistent business.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts while ensuring operational requirements are met.
  • Generate and maintain periodic reports according to company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Broker Relations and Channel Partner management with developers or banking VIP clients (regional or international exposure preferred).
  • Applicants with only UAE real estate sales experience are not eligible.
  • Fluent in English; multilingual skills preferred (Arabic, Urdu, German, French, Spanish).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and B2B networking skills.
  • Demonstrated success in executing sales transactions and consistent career advancement.
