About the Role:

Club Iris, a premier nightlife destination in Dubai, is hiring a detail-oriented Reservations Agent. You will be responsible for handling all bookings, managing guest inquiries, and coordinating guest information efficiently to maintain the smooth operational flow of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

The Reservations Agent will manage the club’s booking system, handle all reservations and inquiries via phone and email efficiently, coordinate guest requirements with the Hostess and management teams, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bookings, inquiries, and guest coordination efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage the reservations system and update booking status accurately.
• Maintain excellent communication with guests regarding their reservations.
• Coordinate with the Hostess team to ensure accurate seating and guest flow.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Previous hospitality or nightlife experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work late-night shifts and weekends as required.
