🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Management: Greet and assist all clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Front Desk Oversight: Manage all daily front-of-house activities smoothly, ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional.
  • Telecommunications: Efficiently answer incoming calls, handle general inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Inquiry Handling: Manage basic visitor queries and provide accurate information about the company’s services and location.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with routine office tasks, including mail sorting, courier coordination, and meeting room scheduling.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Attributes: Smart, confident, and highly presentable with a polished professional personality.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder with a relevant administrative background.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or high-level customer service role is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be ready for an expected joining date of January 5, 2026.
  • Skills: Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
