Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to patients, families, and guests.
- Flow Management: Coordinate front desk activities, including managing inquiry volumes, greetings, and precision appointment scheduling.
- Compassionate Communication: Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their visit.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal patient waiting times.
- Records & Compliance: Handle patient documentation and routine correspondence while adhering strictly to healthcare data privacy and confidentiality laws.
- Environment Control: Maintain a highly organized, professional, and sterile waiting area to enhance the overall patient experience.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or front-office role; experience within a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Status: Must hold a valid UAE Resident Visa (Mandatory Requirement).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in a relevant administrative or customer service field.
- Attributes: Calm, professional appearance with a strong service-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and active listening abilities.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of healthcare regulations and patient data protection standards (e.g., DHA/DOH protocols).
