About the Role:
EL&N London is seeking a Commis Chef to join the culinary team for its new Marina Mall outlet in Abu Dhabi. This is an entry to mid-level cooking role, ideal for an energetic individual passionate about great food and eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day preparation tasks (mise en place), including chopping, measuring, and food handling.
- Assist with ingredient handling and basic cooking tasks as instructed by senior chefs.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Entry to mid-level cooking experience or recent culinary qualification.
- Estimated qualification in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Strong professionalism, energy, and a willingness to learn quickly.
