General Manager – Downtown Dubai, UAE | Glee Hospitality

About the Role:

Glee Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the launch of their new restaurant concept in Downtown Dubai. This unique opportunity requires an individual with strong operational expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in elevated casual or fine-dining restaurants (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing P&L, operational planning, and staff leadership.
• Prior experience in pre-opening projects is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of guest service standards and delivering excellence.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with previous experience in the UAE hospitality sector.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Russian (spoken) preferred.

What We Offer:
