Job Description:
We are conducting an extensive culinary recruitment campaign to fill eleven specialized kitchen and hospitality positions within our expanding food and beverage network in Abu Dhabi. These full-time roles require energetic, skilled gastronomy professionals capable of overseeing station preparation, managing product quality metrics, and executing exceptional menu assemblies under our centralized kitchen operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and assemble high-quality signature dishes adhering strictly to corporate hospitality presentation guidelines.
- Supervise and structure assigned line sections efficiently, maintaining recipe standardization and ingredient portions.
- Enforce premium hygiene, corporate sanitation methods, and international hazard management food safety standards daily.
- Contribute creative insights toward seasonal menu building, ingredient pairings, and culinary development projects.
- Follow directives seamlessly from senior kitchen leadership and support the training of onboarding culinary associates.
- Manage precise storage temperatures, raw product separation, and systematic rotating stock handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal service staff and banqueting departments to secure frictionless food service delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven, hands-on professional kitchen experience working directly within the UAE hospitality or high-volume restaurant sector.
- A professional Diploma, Technical Certificate, or formal vocational credential in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be physically located in the United Arab Emirates and fully available to participate in an in-person culinary interview process.
- Deep fundamental knowledge of culinary timing, kitchen tool handling, complex flavor profiles, and stock monitoring.
- Strong command of international kitchen hazard controls, food preservation protocols, and workspace sanitation standards.
- Exceptional collaborative teamwork skills, communication clarity, and the physical stamina required to perform in fast-paced shifts.
- Immediate availability to sign contracts and integrate within the group will be highly preferred during evaluation.
