About the Opportunity:

Join the team at Roberto’s, a globally recognized name in fine dining, located in the heart of DIFC, Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter / Head Waitress with proven leadership skills to join our luxury team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Head Waiter / Head Waitress will supervise the dining room floor, mentor service staff, ensure all tables receive world-class, anticipatory service, manage section assignment, and assist in high-level guest interaction and issue resolution in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the service team in your section, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Deliver and role-model exceptional guest service, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Provide expert advice and communicate clearly regarding menu items and pairings.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. Experience with Michelin or star-rated restaurants preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to train and mentor team members.
• Strong understanding of Italian, French, or Mediterranean service traditions.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
