About the Opportunity:

Join the team at Roberto’s, a globally recognized name in fine dining, located in the heart of DIFC, Dubai. We are seeking a polished and professional Doorman to create a sophisticated first and last impression for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

The Doorman serves as the initial point of contact, warmly welcoming guests, assisting with entry and exit, coordinating with valet and front-of-house staff, and ensuring the entrance area maintains an image of timeless sophistication and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests, creating an excellent first and last impression.
• Assist guests with the doors and provide directions or information about the venue.
• Coordinate with valet, security, and reservation teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant entrance area.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
• Polished professional presentation and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• A proactive and intuitive approach to guest service.
