About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager for a high-end Asian dining concept in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will demonstrate experience managing high-end Asian cuisine concepts, leverage proven leadership skills to motivate and manage teams, utilize strong operational knowledge for inventory and cost control, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through excellent guest relations.

• Demonstrated experience managing high-end Asian cuisine restaurants.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Strong operational knowledge including inventory management, cost control, and daily restaurant operations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Proven prior managerial experience in the UAE is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality/restaurant management.
• Must be locally based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
