China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is looking for experienced HSE Officers to join its team in Dubai for ongoing and upcoming road, infrastructure, and bridge projects, offering career growth in the construction sector.

Job Description:

The HSE Officer will maintain a safe working environment by implementing health and safety policies, conducting site inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project teams with risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across project sites.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, RTA requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
  • Monitor road, infrastructure, and bridge construction activities to maintain safe operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Health, Safety & Environment, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as an HSE Officer in road, infrastructure, and bridge projects.
  • Mandatory or highly preferred experience working on RTA projects in Dubai.
  • Good understanding of UAE HSE regulations, RTA safety requirements, and construction safety standards.
  • NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA certification will be an added advantage.
