Job Description:

The Safety Assistant will support the HSE team in implementing daily site safety policies, conducting safety inspections, monitoring PPE compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across project sites.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HSE team in implementing daily site safety activities.
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with Permit to Work (PTW) processes and site safety inspections.
• Promote the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Participate in Toolbox Talks and other safety awareness activities.
• Observe and report unsafe conditions and unsafe work practices.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and related documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant site experience.
• Good knowledge of PPE, Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Talks, and site safety procedures.
• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification will be an added advantage.
