Proficient Project Management Services LLC SPC is hiring experienced HSE Officers to support a Solar Project for its client, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering ideal opportunities for safety professionals.

Job Description:

The HSE Officer will promote workplace safety, ensure compliance with HSE regulations, conduct site inspections, and support safe project execution throughout the solar project.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable HSE regulations.
• Promote safe work practices and provide guidance to site personnel.
• Assist in implementing HSE procedures and risk control measures.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Work closely with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of HSE experience.
• Previous experience on Solar Projects.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
• Available in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
