About the Role:
Al Thurayya Trading is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi and drive commercial growth within the oil & gas and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate must have an established track record selling to ADNOC and major contractors in the UAE, with a strong ability to convert relationships into long-term business and manage high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales and marketing of industrial and oil & gas products, focusing on managing large accounts and leading tender processes. This role demands strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and surpass sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial growth in the oil & gas and industrial sectors.
- Manage large accounts and lead high-value tender processes.
- Build and maintain deep, productive relationships with major operators and contractors (e.g., ADNOC).
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with commercial acumen.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience (mandatory).
- Strong experience in sales and marketing of industrial or oil & gas products.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) for client interactions and reporting.
- A valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel to client sites (Mobility).
- Estimated Qualification like Bachelor Degree holder.
