About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Holidays Consultant to design and manage tailor-made holiday packages for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong destination knowledge with excellent customer service and sales abilities to deliver memorable travel experiences in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and customize holiday packages based on client preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage bookings efficiently.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in holidays, leisure, or travel consultancy roles (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel products.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in costing, booking platforms, and travel management tools.

- Competitive salary: AED 4,000 to 7,000.
