Van Sales Representative – Abu Dhabi, UAE | RF Distribution LLC (Nellara Food & Products)

About the Role:

RF Distribution LLC (Nellara Food & Products) is seeking a proactive Van Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing daily sales routes for the company’s food and grocery products, focusing on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products across assigned routes and accounts.
• Manage timely deliveries, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and stock levels at customer locations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers and trade customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily route activity.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory).
• Prior experience in van sales, FMCG distribution, or route selling is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading duties.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage.
