Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals, specifically focusing on corporate and group business opportunities.
- Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships through consistent communication and proactive service to ensure long-term retention.
- Revenue Collaboration: Partner with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and room inventory for high-value corporate accounts.
- Business Development: Proactively identify new revenue streams through networking, cold calling, and market research within the Abu Dhabi region.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for corporate rate agreements and contracts, ensuring maximum profitability and brand compliance.
- Site Inspections: Organize and conduct professional hotel site inspections and familiarization (FAM) visits for potential corporate partners.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales tactics and provide insights to senior management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of corporate hotel sales experience specifically within the Abu Dhabi market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Local Presence: Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to attend a personal interview.
- Mobility: Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory for client visits and networking.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered a significant advantage.
- Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
