Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Branding: Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies that strengthen HSJB Global’s presence in the Banking and Audit sectors.
- Revenue Generation: Design and implement innovative marketing initiatives specifically focused on driving top-line revenue growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify, research, and develop new market opportunities within the UAE and broader GCC region.
- Client Engagement: Lead the charge in high-value lead generation and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
- Business Development: Integrate marketing efforts with business development goals to convert brand awareness into tangible service contracts.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns, using data to refine outreach and conversion tactics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years specifically within Abu Dhabi.
- Sector Expertise: Proven background in marketing for Banking, Tax, Audit, or Advisory Services is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and bilingual communication skills (preferred).
- Availability: Priority will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
