Job Description:

The Supervisor – Sales Recruitment & Operations will oversee blue-collar recruitment processes, client acquisition, and operational execution. This position requires a blend of HR expertise, business development skills, and a strong understanding of international manpower sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles including technicians, helpers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, welders, and drivers.
  • Source candidates through agencies, job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and international partners.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and project needs.
  • Organize trade tests, technical assessments, and client interviews.
  • Handle documentation for visa processing, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with overseas agencies to ensure timely mobilization of workers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower deployment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Support mass recruitment campaigns and prepare status reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of blue-collar recruitment experience in construction or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of GCC labour categories, trade tests, and international recruitment.
  • Experience working with agencies in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, or Africa preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software (ATS/HRMS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
