Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive client acquisition and lead luxury consumer consultation at our high-traffic showrooms in Abu Dhabi and Fujairah. Operating directly on the retail floor, this full-time role focuses on maximizing daily purchase frequencies, presenting technical brand details, and managing visual inventory layouts under our comprehensive department store management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional front-line customer service, ensuring an upscale, educational, and positive shopping experience for all gallery visitors.
  • Actively engage with retail shoppers to identify lifestyle requirements and professionally recommend high-ticket product configurations.
  • Drive individual commercial performance metrics to consistently exceed assigned weekly, monthly, and seasonal store targets.
  • Maintain premium display presentations, strict showroom cleanliness, and structured merchandise layouts matching global brand standards.
  • Support local warehouse operations, executing real-time inventory tracking, shelf replenishment routines, and accurate product stock audits.
  • Address complex client complaints efficiently, delivering effective consumer solutions to maintain long-term corporate loyalty.
  • Promote upcoming seasonal collections, limited-edition product offers, and localized brand marketing campaigns to floor traffic.
  • Collaborate closely with regional boutique coordinators to streamline transaction speed and optimize collective daily store operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Professional Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of successful, verified professional experience operating as a sales executive or brand representative inside premium retail environments.
  • Strong preference will be extended to professional candidates with fluent bilingual verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal engagement capabilities, a positive demeanor, and a proactive, consumer-driven commercial mindset.
  • Proven capacity to perform accurately and remain energetic within high-volume, fast-paced luxury department stores.
  • Reliable structural attention to detail with an intuitive understanding of customer relationship building and lifestyle selling techniques.
  • Willingness to adapt schedules to retail operational constraints, including flexible rotation shifts across weekends and public holidays.
