Job Description:
Tadbeer (Life Plus Domestic) is urgently seeking motivated Sales Staff to join its expanding service network across Dubai and Sharjah. Based in Dubai & Sharjah, these target-driven sales professionals will promote domestic worker packages and part-time cleaning solutions, handle client inquiries, negotiate service contracts, achieve performance targets, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive growth across three key branches.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell domestic worker and housemaid services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record and direct experience in selling domestic worker, housemaid, or manpower services in the UAE.
- Experience in selling part-time cleaning services is a distinct advantage.
- Strong sales negotiation, lead conversion, customer relationship management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred across Dubai and Sharjah locations.
