Job Description:

The Sales Staff will drive retail sales, engage mall visitors, provide product consultation, achieve individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, and maintain visually appealing product displays at retail kiosks in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage mall shoppers, identify customer preferences, and present tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets through effective persuasion, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Maintain kiosk visual merchandising standards, inventory organization, and attractive product presentations.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to foster client loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Assist with daily stock management, inventory counts, and retail operational procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven track record and hands-on experience in retail sales, ideally within mall kiosks or luxury retail outlets.
• Background in jewellery, watches, fashion accessories, perfumes, or luxury retail products is highly advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, and confident interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented approach with strong closing and upselling techniques.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate availability will be prioritized.
