About the Opportunity:

Infinity Transit Freight is expanding its Dubai team and seeking motivated professionals for the roles of Logistics Coordinator and Sales Executive. We seek reliable candidates who understand UAE logistics operations and can contribute to customer service and operational excellence.

Job Description:

Successful candidates will be vital in managing the end-to-end cargo movement, documentation, and client liaison. Depending on the role, responsibilities will focus on operational coordination (Logistics Coordinator) or driving revenue growth (Sales Executive), with emphasis on Jebel Ali Free Zone processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate imports/exports, essential documentation, and customs-related tasks as needed.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient movement of cargo.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotations, following up leads, and closing orders (for Sales Executive role).
• Maintain accurate shipment records and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational precision and high standards of customer care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight, logistics, or related operations.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience working with Jebel Ali Free Zone processes is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, client-facing ability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Must be reliable and understand UAE logistics operations.
