About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Consultant to join our premier sports and fitness club in Dubai. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, has a passion for health, wellness, and fitness, and possesses strong communication skills.

Role Summary:

The Membership Consultant will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving targets, and cultivating strong relationships with both potential and current members, ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction in line with the club’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote club memberships and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to enhance member satisfaction.
• Engage with prospects to inform them about club offerings and benefits.
• Collaborate with the team to drive overall club membership growth.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record in membership sales or customer service in the fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
